Are the Play Panels safe?
Yes. Our Play Panels are tested regularly to ensure they meet Australian Standards. The standard the Play Panels are required to meet is AS/NZ ISO8124:2002 Part 1: Safety aspects related to mechanical and physical properties. Our Play Panels have also been tested and meet the equivalent European standard, the CE Mark. Both of these reports are available on request.

Can I get spare parts for the Play Panels?
Yes. Whilst the Play Panel is designed to be durable in a commercial setting, most of the parts on the Play Panel are replaceable in the event of vandalism, theft, breakage or if you’d like to simply spruce up the Play Panel after a few years. Spare parts can be ordered from our online shop. Spare wall mounting kits are also available.

How do I clean the Play Panel?
We recommend you wipe down the Play Panel daily to ensure it stays looking clean and attractive. Simply use a soft cloth and mild soapy water to clean the Play Panel. You can also use antibacterial wipes if you feel it’s necessary to prevent cross-infection on a regular basis (for example in a medical waiting room). Mr Sheen works an absolute treat on the mirror and can be used for more stubborn marks too.

How do I hang the Play Panel on the wall or assemble the Play Centre?
Our products come with detailed instructions and all the attachments you need. All you need is a screwdriver or a drill and someone who is happy to release their inner handyman. If you don’t feel confident, we recommend you call a handyman service like Hire-A-Hubby or Jim’s Handyman or The Grey Army to help. You can find copies of the instructions here:

Yes, 12 months against faulty workmanship.

When will my products be delivered?
Delivery takes around 5 working days from the day we receive your order. This can vary slightly, depending on where you are.

Can I get an express delivery?
We can certainly arrange products to be delivered more quickly in most cases if necessary. Call us on (02) 9984 0769 to discuss your needs.

Which courier company do you use?
We use Couriers Please for all our deliveries in Australia. Deliveries to most destinations are trackable on the Couriers Please website so if you would like your tracking number, please let us know. For deliveries outside Australia, we use Australia Post. If you would like to use your own courier company for either Australian or overseas deliveries, please let us know.

What if my product doesn’t arrive?
This is a rare occurrence but if your product doesn’t arrive within 5 working days, it is essential that you call us as soon as possible so we can track it down for you.
